DESCRIPTION

The NTC thermistor is thermally sensitive and high-precise thermistor to have small B-value tolerance and resitance. This specification covers shape and
dimension, electrical, mechanical properties, reliability test, etc., for wire type NTC thermistor.

Mechanical Property

Pull Strength:

When the static weight of 2kgf is applied to lead wire direcition for ten seconds after the sensor part of the product is fixed, the electrical property changes(△R, △B) are less than ± 1%.

Falling test: When the product is falling down to the board of wood three times at one meter height, the electrical property changes(△R, △B) are less than ± 1% and the exterior is not any changes.

Reliability Test of the Product

High Temperature Test: After the products are placed in a chamber of temperature at 110℃± 5℃ for 1000(+48,-0) hours, the electrical property changes(△R, △B) are less than ± 1%.

Low Temperature Test: After the products are placed in a chamber of temperature at -30℃± 5℃ for 1000(+48,-0) hours, the electrical property changes(△R, △B) are less than ± 1%.

Thermal Shock Test: After the products are located into an air chamber of temperature at -30℃ for 5 minute and then move into another air chamber of temperature at 90℃ for 5 minute for 1,000cycle, the electrical property changes(△R, △B) are less than ± 1%.

Damp Heat Test: After the products are placed in a chamber of temperature at 60℃± 2℃ and 95%RH(±5%) for 1000(+48,-0) hours. the electrical property changes(△R, △B) are less than ± 1%.

Packing

The products 1,000pcs(or 250ea, dependson the length of the thermistor lead) are packed in a vinyl bag and set in box.
